Wyckaert built residence Clavis in Aalst for Bostoen. A project with 40 apartments, 2 commercial units and 6 houses.
Residence ClavisÂ
The project , residence Clavis, is divided into apartment blocks with a number of houses in between. The assignment consisted of structural work, finishing and techniques.
The apartment buildings are equipped with an underground car park for 52 cars.
Also in this project, with an eye to the future, the choice was made to build low-energy apartments and houses.
